Trust Company (also known as TRUST*CO or TRUSTcompany) was founded in 1997 in Montgomery, AL by singer and guitarist Kevin Palmer and drummer Jason Singleton. Soon after they recruited bassist Josh Moates, James Fukai (guitar) entered the band in 2000. The goup's first album entitled The Lonely Position of Neutral was recorded with the group called Sum 41.
