Former Redd Kross and Black Flag members Greg Hetson (guitarist) and Keith Morris (singer) att the end of the 70's founded the Circle Jerks. They recruited Lucky Lehrer (drums) and Roger Rogerson (bass). The group issued its first album called Group Sex on Frontier Records in 1980. The Wild in the Streets LP followed two years later.
