The Virus (former title: Duro) is one of the most popular and commercially successful Argentinean groups of the last two decades. The band was founded in 1981, and the same year the Virus recorded and released its debut full-length album entitled Wadu Wadu. The Virus' second LP called Recrudece in 1982 followed the record.
