The Isley Brothers appeared in the beginning of the 50's; four brothers Rudolph, Vernon, O'Kelly, and Ronald Isley founded the band. In the 50's they released such singles as "Lonely Teardrops," "You know you make me want to shout," and "Shout." The "Twist and Shout" song followed in the early 60's; the record became very popular and topped the British charts.
