Brian Viglione (drums) and singer/pianist Amanda Palmer (vocals and guitar) in Boston founded the Dresden Dolls in the beginning of the 2000's. In 2003 the group issued the record entitled A Is for Accident on Important Records. The following year the band released the eponymous LP on the8Ft. label.
