T&el&epopmusik was formed in 1997 and comprised such musicians as Fabrice Dumont, Stephan Haeri, and Christophe Hetier. The band specialized in pop music and released their debut single called "Breathe" which was played in clubs being extremely popular. In 2003, the band made their first tour over the U.S.A which was very lucky.
