The guitar player Ted Nugent was born in Detroit, MI in 1948. He became popular being a member of the Amboy Dukes band. The group released such albums as Amboy Dukes (1967), Journey to the Center of the Mind (1968), Migration (1969). In the early 70's the band changed its title to Ted Nugent & the Amboy Dukes.
