The band named Screaming Trees was founded in the middle 80's by singer Mark Lanegan, and Brothers Conner: guitarist Gary Lee and bassist Van. Mark Pickerel (vocals) joined the group later. In 1986, Velvetone Records released their debut full-length album entitled Clairvoyance, the record was produced by Steve Fisk.
