The Scottish pop group called the Wake appeared in Glasgow in the early 80's. Caesar (vocals and guitar), Robert Gillespie (bass), Carolyn Allen (keyboards), and Steven Allen (drums) formed the bend. Their first single called "On Our Honeymoon" was released on the Scan label in 1982. The Wake's final album, Tidal Wave of Hype, appeared in the middle 90's.
