Following China’s oppressive stance on text messaging and free speech, Iran’s despotic sheiks have warned the local yokels that using text messages to organize protests will not be tolerated. National Police Chief and Slave Master Ahmadi Moghaddam said ‘These people should know where they are sending the SMS and e-mail as these systems are under control.’ In other words, we have eyes everywhere and are fully equipped to mercilessly crush any opposition made by honest civilians who attempt to topple our very corrupt and merciless regime. While Moghaddam’s words are harsh indeed, Persians should be made aware that tracking text messages is not as easy at it appears. China was forced to disallow text messaging in part of its country, as it proved impossible to efficiently monitor and control the content that was transferred between users. So to all peace loving Persians in Iran: keeping fighting the good fight and don’t let the power hungry mullahs scare you into submission.
