The Orlando-based metal band Skrape was founded at the end of the 90's by Billy Keeton (vocals), Pete Sison (bass), Brian Milner (guitar and keyboards), and Will Hunt (drums). They issued their first album entitled New Killer America in 2001. The full-length Up the Dose followed in 2003.
