The popular band Skinny Puppy appeared in Vancouver in the early 80's. The group was founded by Nivek Ogre (real name: Kevin Ogilvie) and cEvin Key (Kevin Crompton). In 1984 the duo recorded its first EP entitled Remission, which was produced by David "Rave" Ogilvie.
