The upcoming Mobile World Congress will include many interesting demonstrations and debuts from the mobile industry. One interesting and much anticipated unveiling is that of the Opera mini running on the iPhone. Why the iPhone you ask? Because the Norwegian based Opera is hoping that Apple is embarrassed into allowing Opera Mini in iTunes once fans realize the superior speed and functionality it possesses over Safari. Please excuse me while I urinate in my pants from laughter. How naïve can one company be? Apple doesn’t give to large heaps of cow dung whether or not a third party creates a superior product. Apple uses their software and nobody, and I mean nobody, gets a piece of the action. Just look at Adobe. iPhone users are apparently begging Apple to allow Flash on the iPhone, but Apple doesn’t really care what the lemmings think or desire. Apple can be compared to the Catholic Church during the Dark Ages – subjecting its followers to hardship and oppression in order to further their own agenda.
