Raphael Saadiq (real name: Raphael Wiggins) began his career in such bands as Prince and Sheila E and Tony! Toni! Tone! In the middle 90's he released his self-titled singles "Ask of You" and "Me & You." At the end of the 90's Saadiq founded the Lucy Pearl band.
