Unida was formed in the late 90th by singer John Garcia; the band also comprised such musicians as guitarist Arthur Seay, bassist Dave Dinsmore, and drummer Mike Cancino. The band debuted in 1998 introducing the EP The Best of Wayne-Gro. The band also issued Coping With the Urban Coyote (a full-length album, 1999), and others.
