The German band Axxis, which played melodic-metal, was formed at the end of '80-s. The first staff of the group included: vocalist Bernard Veiss, guitarist Valter Pitch, bassist Verner Cleihans and drummer Richard Michlesky. In 1988 the first demo, "Tears of the trees", was recorded, and from the 2nd effort it was gone to EMI.
