Absu is the band that was initially formed as a musical group called "Dolmen" in 1989 by Shaftiel (vocals/guitar/bass) and Equitant Ifernain (lead guitar, bass). Absu is mostly playing in the black metal and death metal style. The name Absu was finalized in 1991 and the band has released two demo records by then.
