Randy Rhoads (guitar) and Kevin DuBrow (vocals) founded the hard-rock group Quiet Riot in the middle 70's. Drew Forsyth (drums) and Kelli Garni (bass) joined the band later. Columbia Records released their debut full-length album in 1978.
