Perry Farrell (real name: Perry Bernstein) was born in New York City at the end of the 50's. In the middle 80's Farrell, Dave Navarro, Eric Avery, and Stephen Perkins formed the band named Jane's Addiction. They released Nothing's Shocking (1988) and Ritual De Lo Habitual (1990).
