Political in nature, UB40, the reggae pop band from England named itself after a UK Department of Employment form for claiming unemployment benefits. UB40 stands for Unemployment Benefit, Form 40. Their albums and song, with influences of ska, reggae and other political styles, also received titles with political references: their first single King/Food for Thought, cover songs album Labour of Love, and One In Ten, a song about the 10% unemployed in Thatcher's England.
