About Talk Talk
Although the earlier period of Talk Talk recordings is the one more affluent with hits and memorable tracks in the new romantic style, the more interesting period of the English band's history is the later years, after abandoning synthesizers and joining with producer and multi-instrumentalist Tim Friese-Greene. Under Greene, Talk Talk recorded The Colour of Spring, an album that included such songs as Life Is What You Make of It and Give It Up. The change resulted in Talk Talk's best selling album ever.
