About Sting
Being what and who he is, the album Sting released in 1996, "Mercury Falling" debuted high in the charts, but fell down the charts, and did not generate a single hit single. After the failure of this album, Sting remained a popular concert artist, and when he released the album "Brand New Day" it became a success and turned his commercial fortunes around. The next album that he released, "Sacred Love" also did well.
