In 1996 Sacramentum returned with their first full-length album entitled Far Away From The Sun. Century Media Records released the group's second album, The Coming of Chaos, the following year. In 1998 Sacramentum issued the Thy Black Destiny LP, which had a great success both in America and Europe.
