At over 300 pounds, the Notorious BIG earned his nickname justly. BIG, of course, did not only stand for his physical stature, nor for his musical presence on the east coast rap scene, but basically as an acronym for Business Instead of Game. It was as much business as it was music for the Notorious BIG, the rapper who has at the young age of his early 20s reached such levels of prominence in the east coast rap industry that someone wanted him dead.
