About Megadeth
After Dave Mustaine was fired from the then young heavy metal band Metallica, he went on to form Megadeth, a heavy metal band that went on to reach success levels close to those of his former group. Some 20 years later, in 2004, the most recent Megadeth album, The System Has Failed has debuted at #18 on the US album charts.
