The underground hip hop scene in Houston has been a scene to follow for quite sometime. DJ Screw followed it at the time, and there he discovered the young Lil Flip. Mastering freestyle rapping, Lil Flip has recorded albums at a high pace, reaching platinum in 2002 and 2004 with Undaground Legend and U Gotta Feel Me.
