Lenny Kravitz has been recording his hippie influenced rock and roll for nearly 20 years since his debut album Let Love Rule was released. Generally speaking, Lenny Kravitz was widely held as a talented and interesting musician, even collaborating with the greatest musicians of the day, among them Madonna (for whom he co-wrote and produced the song Justify My Love) and Vanessa Paradis (for whom he produced and co-wrote an album). But his later career has won him even greater rewards, such as four consecutive Grammy Awards for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance.
