Jason Mraz opened for Alanis Morissette in 2005 during her Jagged Little Pill tour. The second release by Jason Mraz was Mr. A-Z. The album entered the Billboard album chart at number 5. By the end of the year the album had earned Mraz a Grammy Award nomination for Best Engineered album.
