About Godsmack
Godsmack are so influenced by Alice in Chains that even their name is probably taken from a song by the hard rock band from Seattle. Layne Staley was the one influence that got Sully Erna to sing in the first place, and to lead Godsmack to chart success throughout the late 90s and to this day.
