About Foreigner
Ian McDonald of the King Crimson and Mick Jones who played guitar on many bands before then go together in 1976 in New York and formed Foreigner, a group of six, half of them Americans and half British (which led to the band's name). Foreigner would become one of the best and most successful romantic rock bands of all time, with their debut album Foreigner selling over four million copies.
