About Black Flag
Southern California is not all sunshine and surfing, at least not when one listens to what Black Flag have to say. The punk band that formed in 1976 and received its highest achievements artistically and commercially after Henry Rollins joined it in 1981. Black Flag, unlike surf bands, would sing instead about isolation, paranoia and politics.
