About Belle and Sebastian
By the end of 1997, the prolific Belle and Sebastian had already released three EP's; each subsequent one climbing higher and higher on the indie charts. In 1998, following finalization of a deal with Matador records in the United States, and released Boy With the Arab Strap, in September. The following year Belle and Sebastian re-released their album that began it all for them, Tigermilk.
