About Basement Jaxx
When the Basemant Jaxx formed, founders Simon Ratcliffe and Felix Buxton both brought very different and unique viewpoints to the music that they were going to make. The Basement Jaxx were to be influenced by the deep Latin funk of War that Ratcliffe listened to, and Chicago house which Buxton tuned in to.
