The Irish electronic musician Aphex Twin, born Richard David James has touched on electronic music at large and drum and bass, techno and acid in particular. Aphex Twin experiments with sounds and possibilities, influencing other artists in rock n' roll, hip hop and many other genres. He himself is hard to define, as his influence could be best related to Brian Eno and Philip Glass, highly experimental musicians themselves.
