Her first international album, Jagged Little Pill, releases in 1995, was not expected to sell much more than ¼ million copies. Instead, following radio airtime on a California radio station, the album stayed in the Billboard Top 20 for an entire year peaking at Number 1 and Alanis Morissette became one of the 90s biggest pop stars.
