Originally the band 8 Ball and MJG were formed in Memphis, Tennessee in 1993. The band's musical style can be described as hip hop. 8 Ball and MJG is a duo that consists of two performers: Premro Smith and Marlon Jermaine. Until today the band has released numerous albums some of which were a major success both among the critics and among fans.
