Under-aged musicians formed silver in 1997. The band comprised vocalist Blanco Summer, drummer Krazy Katzy who were brothers. The brothers were mad about hard music and punk style when they decided to form their own band. The band released their debut EP called Billboard Blackout in 2000, in fact they financed it themselves.
