Donny (guitar), Dose (drums), and Spec (bass) founded the New York –based rap/metal group called Shootyz Groove in 1992. They released their first EP entitled Respect two years later. The same year Shootyz Groove produced its debut full-length album Jammin' in Vicious Environments.
