A new version of YouTube for mobile phones has been released. The latest update is 2.4 and is compatible with Nokia S60 phone and Windows Mobile. This update comes with a handy search feature and access to ‘My Account’. This means that you can now view your favorites on YouTube mobile, making the access to your favorite cat trick or Brazilian ass dance video easier. Interested users can visit m.youtube.com/app in order to download the newest update. As this is the only social media service I tolerate, there is some excitement for me personally. The only god damn problem is that I don’t have a compatible device. Don’t companies realize that releasing an update that only works for certain devices is great PR for those that can actually enjoy the service, but terrible PR for those of us who don’t have compatible devices. Even if YouTube becomes compatible with my phone in a week, I will still feel slightly miffed.
