eBay, land of sweet deals, steals and conniving thieves, is now offering an app for the Android. The new eBay app will allow Android users to track bids, place bids and manage… bids. Useful for those who are always on the move and for impulsive individuals who decide to purchase a set of garden tools while on their way to Grandma’s house, the eBay app will certainly increase the amount of trading done via mobile. I personally don’t use eBay due to its lawless nature and its infestation of rascals and rouges. eBay made a staggering 600 million dollars from mobile commerce in 2009 and this number is predicted to grow significantly with the addition of the Android market segment. With 60,000 Android handsets being sold world wide and with the ever increasing number of people purchasing and conducting business on their handsets, eBay could very well go from rich to filthy rich. I won’t be using my phone to purchasing anything from eBay because I believe that a phone should be used for more noble and valiant undertakings, like watching porn.
