It is now confirmed that Apple will be revealing its new tablet next week. For months now, rumors have been circulating that Apple may be releasing a tablet device in 2010. Of course, there were far too many rumors regarding this much anticipated Apple product for them not to carry some merit. In fact, we can all agree that the corporate totalitarian regime in Cupertino was responsible for the original rumors in order to get the Blogosphere into a frenzied state. The Wall Street Journal has released some information regarding the content that will be available and also indicates that Apple has been talking with several publishers regarding the use of their content on the tablet. What has not been officially revealed as of yet, are the technical specifications. Pertinent information, such as memory and battery life remains cloudy and speculative. Price is also a mystery, but the expected price tag of $1000 may be a stumbling block that Apple will not be able to overcome.
