The new Samsung Omnia 2 will be available starting tomorrow via Verizon. Those of you interested in getting your grubby hands on the Omnia 2 will have to fork over 200 dollars and commit to a two year prison sentence with Verizon. But before you commit your hard earned cash and agree to do some hard time, it would be prudent to determine whether or not the Samsung Omnia 2 is the right mobile hardware for you. Blessed with a huge touch screen display, that measure at 3.7 inches, Internet Explorer, Twitter, 5MP camera and 8GB of internal memory, the Omnia is surely a wet dream for many a mobile enthusiast. That pleasant dream is shattered however, when it is discovered that the OS in question is Windows Mobile 6.5. If you can stomach the numerous cons that are inseparable from the mobile operating system, then the new Omnia may be right for you. Windows Mobile haters like me however, should stay clear of this handset.
