It’s a classic scene from a horror movie. An innocent wench is driving on some deserted, desolate road when all of a sudden her car breaks down. (The Murphy Law is common in the horror genre it seems.) At this point, the fair maiden would be easy pickings for all sorts of malicious serial killers and psychotic sexual deviants. Well those frightening days are all over for those of you with an iPhone. AAA has come out with a new app that provides roadside assistance for those in need. The app even allows AAA to determine your location according to your iPhone’s GPS device. This is extremely handy for those who know that they are on a road in Arkansas and not much else. A useful app, which is saying something when it comes to the mile high trash heap called the App Store. It looks like Freddy, Jason and Michael Meyers will have to find another way to satisfy their sadistic appetites.
