AT&T sure isn’t taking any chances. After the plagued infested launch of the iPhone, where AT&T was blamed for much of the technical headaches suffered by iPhone customers, no stone is being left unturned with the highly anticipated BlackBerry Bold. AT&T is apparently hell bent on making sure that it does it right this time around, no matter the cost. While the Bold tries to pass the strict AT&T testing methods, (or so they claim) the launch date is constantly being pushed back. BlackBerry fans are keeping their fingers crossed that AT&T is able to meet the Oct. 2 release date in the United States, but some industry experts believe that to be highly ambitious and improbable. While AT&T’s due diligence should be applauded, it would be wise to remember that the Bold is probably the best handset ever to grace America’s largest carrier. Most of us have a gut feeling that it will do the job – so please put it on the shelf, because we’re tired of waiting.
