In a shocking and hard to believe survey conducted by J.D. Power study, Verizon ranked number one in customer service for cell phone carriers in the United States. Verizon, known for blocking third party content from their cell phones and for behaving thuggishly towards their customers, beat out Alltel, T-Mobile and AT&T in this coveted and somewhat suspicious study. J.D. claims that Verizon customers were particularly happy with the level of service and quick solutions offered by Verizon. That isn’t saying much however, because Nazi like organizations are forced to offer disgruntled customers good service at times or they run the risk of a revolt. Thus, Verizon is able to bluff its customers into thinking that the cell phone carrier really has their best interest at heart. While not much better can be said about the other carriers who often flex their muscle in this chaotically free country called America, Verizon’s ranking reeks of deception and false information.
