Mophie (Where do they come up with these names?) introduced the new Juice Pack 3G iPhone battery on Monday. Apparently the Governor of iPhone batteries, the Juice Pack 3G will allow your iPhone to stay awake for approximately 350 hours more than with a normal Apple battery – just in case you plan on walking across the Sahara and can’t do it without your iPhone. Mophie promises six more hours of talk time on 3G and double that amount on EDGE. In addition, the Juice Pack 3G will give iPhone users six more hours on the internet, eight and 28 hours of increased video and audio time respectively. The Juice Pack has built in safeguards against over charging, over heating and kicking and stomping from angry customers. The only stumbling block would be the $99.95 price tag, but a quick trip to a blood bank or a sperm bank (or maybe both!) should pretty much have you covered.
