The Terror band appeared in Los-Angeles in the early 2000's. Singer Scott Vogel started the group. He recruited Nick Jett (drums), Doug Weber and Todd Jones (both: guitar), and Carl Schwartz (bass) and signed the music contract with the Bridge 9 label to release the first band's EP called Lowest of the Low (2003).
