The popular R&B singer Regina Belle was born in New Jersey. In 1987 she signed the music contract with the Columbia label, which released her debut self-titled single "Please Be Mine." At the end of the 80's Belle produced full-length Stay with Me, which had a huge success. Passion appeared in 1993, and Believe in Me was issued in 1998. in 2001 Belle produced This Is Regina!, and three years later she recorded the Lazy Afternoon LP.
