Kyuss have been influential in defining the stoner rock sound of the 90s, with many SoCal bands and others influenced by their music. Each band member has continued leaving his own marks on the rock music scene, thus continuing the Kyuss effect, with other bands. Slo Burn, Reeder, Unida, Hermano, Che, Fu Manchu and Queens of the Stone Age are some of the bands that former Kyuss members took part of in later years.
