British metal band Budgie was formed at 1967 in Cardiff, Wales, consisted of vocalist/bassist Burke Shelley, guitarist Tony Bourge, and drummer Raymond Phillips. At 1970 they did a deal with MCA Records, and in following three years released three bands finest albums: their self titled debut album in 1971, "Squawk" in 1972, "Never Turn Your Back On A Friend" in 1973.
